Frequently Asked Questions
 
  • The women's league consists of 4 teams with players of all skill levels. Players must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Two seasons per year (Spring - March through May) and Fall (September through November).
  • Games are played at Hine Park on Sundays at 2 and 4pm, unless otherwise noted on the schedule and website.
  • Inclement Weather: A notice will be added to this website by 11am on game day if there are any schedule changes.
  • Due to new league rules, players must be on an official roster and have an updated player card before they are cleared to play. Players will receive players cards before start of the first game.
  • All players will be contacted directly by their captain approximately 3 weeks before the season starts with roster and schedule.
  • Unless organized by each team's captain, there are no scheduled practices.
  • Registration:
    • Fall Registration Ends August 9th, 2009
    • Late registration will not be granted.
    • New Players
      • In order to register, players who are new to the league need to email the following information to Hannah at hannahlu7@gmail.com:
        • First name, middle initial, last name
        • Mailing address
        • Telephone number
      • New players will be placed in a draft and placed on one of the four teams unless the new player requests placement on a specific team.
      • Due to captain preferences for roster sizes, special requests may not always be able to be met.
      • All new players will be placed on a team regardless of skill level.
    • Returning Players
      • This year, in lieu of registration forms, returning players simply need to contact their team captain to confirm participation in the upcoming season as well as update the following information:
        • First name, middle initial, last name
        • Mailing address
        • Telephone number
        • Email address
      • Returning players that want to change teams will be placed in a draft and placed on one of the four teams. Please contact Hannah (hannahlu7@gmail.com) by August 9th to do so.
      • Due to captain preferences for roster sizes, special requests may not always be able to be met.
  • Fees NEW:
    • This season each team will owe $950 to be split equally among all players on the team. This will cover fields, referees, etc. In addition to the $950, each player will owe $25 for her registration with NCASA. At the close of registration on August 9th, each team captain will contact her players regarding the specific amount owed for the season. (Example: If a team has 20 players, each player will owe $47.50 + $25 or $72.50 for the season.) You can make a check payable to your team captain and she will write one check for the entire team made payable to PASL. (If you have already mailed a check to PASL based on old fees, it will be returned to you by your team captain.)
